On purpose.
We can do well and do good.
“Never forget where you come from,” is a line we are told time and again by our parents and elders as we elevate in life and discover other pastures. It’s a reminder that what lead us to extraordinary outcomes is the magic found in our roots. It’s also a calling to operate with humility and integrity, and to do what’s best over what’s expedient. Tiffany Street Strategies was founded on these principles.
On Tiffany Street, our mission is to provide hands-on, high-quality, boutique strategic advisory services that can be applied towards economic and infrastructure development projects, the sale of goods and services to government, and public policy advocacy. Here, we leverage our robust network in the government, private and non-profit sectors, our knowledge of city and state policies, and more than a decade of experience to deliver results that make a (good) difference.
On Tiffany Street, our vision is to redefine how business is done. We believe that we can do well and do good. In fact, we do well by doing good. For us, this is not a business strategy, it’s our way of life. And we’ll show you that it’s not only possible, but necessary. That’s our value proposition. We aim to partner with and support organizations and individuals who share this vision.
On Tiffany Street, we do good on purpose.

FAQ
-
NYC has an alphabet soup of agencies and offices; however, our relationships primarily lie with the City Council and Mayor, and agencies such as EDC, HPD, DCP, DT, DPR, LPC, SBS, MTA and PANYNJ, to name a few.
-
Yes. Naturally, a set of solutions for a client may require the expertise of various professionals. We collaborate with land use attorney’s, environmental review planners, communications & media relations specialists, architects & engineers, and any other set of professionals that make up your team.
In some cases, we can even make referrals to some of the top firms in NYC in either of these areas.
-
Our rates are generally based on a monthly retainer for a given period of time, or a project fee basis.
-
The earlier the better, but here’s a good barometer: if you find yourself walking into a situation with government or a community that you’re unfamiliar with, or have tried to resolve yourself unsuccessfully, that’s probably a sign we should talk.
-
We are strategists and consultants, and lobbying is an activity we can conduct, if needed. There may be instances where our support for your needs does not trigger a requirement to register lobbying activities.
-
That’s just not how it works. There’s a misconception that when we do lobby, we make one phone call and make a problem disappear or get you a contract. Our strategies are much more complex and involve many more points of contact than calling the Mayor, a Commissioner or Council Member.
-
While the bulk of our relationships and procedural knowledge resides in NYC, we can conduct research and analysis for clients outside of NYC.
-
Yes. We can help you strategize how to best position your company for success and articulate your competitive advantage.

Finally, a great question! When we’re not working, we’re in the gym lifting something, cycling, golfing or hiking. An active lifestyle is important for our health, but also to develop our ability to connect with others and strengthen relationships.
